Our growing studio in Wellington, FL focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Responsibilities:
- Showcase a strong background in Pilates, weight placement, alignment and an understanding of the muscles used to support movement.
- Ability to instruct dance genres not a requirement but a plus.
- Demonstrate a genuine love for teaching and experience working with young dancers.
- Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
- Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in Pilates, dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
Compensation
- Instructor pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- 401(K) program with employer matching available after 90 days.
- Health/Vision/Dental offerings for teachers averaging 30 hours or more per week.
