Job Description
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun and professional seasonal member to help administer Needham Music, our location in Needham. MA This staff member will serve as a point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Assisting with instrumental rentals
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
• Interfacing with students and families regarding rentals and instrument repair
• General administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
