About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional Piano Instructor to teach Full-Time at The Music Connection in Orland Park, IL. A secondary instrument of voice, violin, viola, or guitar is a plus. We are looking for teachers who will instruct in person.

Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check. Preferred hours are 4-5 afternoon/evenings per week and one weekend day per week.

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $30-38 per hour OR a salary at $42,000-46,000 per year. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job, and employees who average 30 hours per week will be eligible for our Health/Vision/Dental offerings.
